About Us
Who We Are
The Resilience Lab was founded by Dr. Reed Jarvis, a Maryville native with a vision to create a space where health care feels personal, intentional, and effective. With deep roots in both chiropractic and functional wellness, The Resilience Lab was built to serve individuals and families at every stage of life, from parents balancing busy schedules to athletes striving for peak performance to anyone simply wanting to move, feel, and live better each day.

Our mission is to help people build resilience by restoring movement, supporting recovery, and strengthening health as a foundation for living with purpose. We believe health is not a luxury but a necessity for everyone, and our role is to provide care that empowers individuals to take ownership of their well-being while fostering a healthier, stronger community.

At The Resilience Lab, we prioritize integrity, connection, and results. Every plan of care is tailored to the unique needs of the patient, never a one-size-fits-all approach. We combine precise chiropractic care with evidence-informed wellness strategies including movement, recovery, and lifestyle support to deliver lasting outcomes that improve daily function and long-term vitality.
Our vision is to be a trusted space for healing, growth, and performance. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing the demands of daily life, or pursuing your highest goals, our purpose remains the same: to help you move well, feel strong, and live resiliently today and in the years to come.
Education and Training
Dr. Jarvis earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, where he graduated with honors. His training includes Diversified Technique and Torque Release Technique (TRT) for precise spinal adjustments, Webster Technique for prenatal care, and functional medicine education that integrates nutrition, movement, and lifestyle support into patient care. This combination of chiropractic expertise and holistic training allows him to provide care that is both evidence-informed and adaptable to each patient’s unique needs.
