About Us
We help people restore movement, reduce pain, and build resilience through individualized chiropractic and functional care.
Who We Are
The Resilience Lab was created to offer a modern, thoughtful approach to chiropractic care and functional rehab. We focus on helping people move better, feel better, and live resilient by blending hands-on treatment with intentional, personalized movement strategies.

Our Approach
We believe care should be personal, clear, and built around your goals. Every session at The Resilience Lab is one-on-one, intentional, and designed to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and build long-term resilience. We blend chiropractic care with soft tissue therapy and functional rehab to create treatment plans that support the demands of daily life, training, and performance.

Resilient Health Starts Here
Our Approach
Assess
Your first visit begins with a detailed evaluation of your history, movement, posture, and areas of concern. We identify the root contributors to pain or limitation so care is based on understanding, not guesswork.
Treat
Treatment is personalized and may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, and corrective movement or rehab exercises. Each session is designed to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and restore proper function.
Support
We help you maintain results with guidance on movement, exercise, and daily habits that support long-term progress. The goal is not just short-term relief, but lasting strength and resilience.
Education and Training
Dr. Jarvis earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, where he trained in Diversified Technique, Torque Release Technique, Webster Technique for prenatal care, and functional movement–based rehab. His background in strength training and human performance allows him to blend precise chiropractic care with movement strategies that support long-term results.
